The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Bobbles & Lace ships merchandise to locations within the United States .The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



  • Sales Tax

  • Bobbles & Lace charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



  • Return Policy

  • Refunds may be made within 10 days of shipment date.  Please be sure the returning package is postmarked within that 10 day period.  Merhandise credit will be issed within 30 days from the shipment date.  Please have items postmarked within that 30 day timeframe.  Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.  Exchanged & returned items may be sent back free of charge. 

    When sending back your unused and tagged merchandise, please include your original invoice in your package. If a new size is needed, please make note of it on the invoice.  Once the item is recieved, a refund or merchandise credit will be issued electronically and a paper reciept will be sent to you. To redeem a merchandise credit, simply purchase the new items online and for a payment option choose "store credit", or they may be used in any of our 4 locations.
