Bobbles & Lace Chicago is now searching for a Lead Stylist to support our team!

The Key Responsibilities for the Lead Stylists are as follows:
➢ Support the Store Director in driving sales goals through:
○ Delivering top tier styling experiences to all customers
○ Maintaining store merchandising and housekeeping
○ Learning all functions of in-store operations day to day

➢ Serve as a point of contact and support for the team of Stylists, helping to answer
questions, guide daily tasks, and uphold brand standards.

➢ Assist with scheduling support, client outreach, and store events.

➢ Communicate effectively with the Store Director on store needs, team performance,
and opportunities for improvement.

➢ Maintain an elevated level of product knowledge and act as a resource for styling tips, brand updates, and new arrivals.

➢ Provide ongoing education to the team on product details, fit, and styling tips to
elevate the client experience.

Job Requirements:
➢ Approximately 25-30 hours per week (including weekends and some evenings).
Weekend and holiday availability required
