Our Andover location is looking for a Store Director!

The Key Responsibilities of the Store Director are as follows:

Become the go to-stylist for the Andover customer 

Deliver a client experience to each customer that is welcoming, knowledgeable, and fun

Assist in store merchandising, display maintenance, and general housekeeping under the direction of the Visual Director

Creating lasting relationships with the Andover community to grow and maintain your business including:

 In store & community events

Partnerships with other local businesses, community groups, and in-town hot spots

Meet and exceed monthly and daily sales goals set by Bobbles & Lace

Direct your team to assist in sales, styling, marketing and operations

Manage the operations of your store keeping things running smoothly

Maintain the store schedule 

Participate in daily education calls with the team to learn styling, merchandising and more
