Shipping & Returns
- Online returns may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return packages must be post-marked within the 14 days following delivery. Return packages postmarked after this time frame may be subject to denial and sent back to you.
- Returns must be received in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with hygienic liner and tags intact. Items returned with obvious use may be subject to denial or sent back to you.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned.
- Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item that was purchased online, please submit a return request through your account or using your order number.
We can ship to virtually any address in the U.S. & Canada.
- The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. If there is an issue with your package, you can contact USPS customer service team at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).
- Current USPS rates apply for standard Priority/Express Mail.
- In-store pickup is available free of charge. Please specify which store location you will pick up at upon checkout. You will receive a phone call from that location when your items arrive in approximately one week.
Please allow one business day to process your order. Allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. You will receive an email with a tracking number from USPS once your order ships.
